The following are ways of extracting individuals from a run generated using WDEvolver. After running WDEvolver, it will generate an output file specified in run_settings.cfg. To view individuals from this run using WDViewer, one will have to extract individuals from the output file. The easiest way is to use the following programs to do it for you. These programs perform two tasks, extracting the best individual from the final population and extracting all the individuals from the final population.
